The Treasurer requests participation costs be transferred to the NAIL account as follows: IBAN – NL03 INGB 0002 7100 49 with reference ‘Christmas Dinner 2019’ by 05 December 2019.  To assist in planning please pay by this deadline.  Once the deadline has passed it will not be possible to provide refunds as payments will have been committed to costs.

Please see food and beverage choices distributed via email.  The Secretary requests you inform him of your meat or fish main course choice or, where applicable, your vegetarian preference one week prior to the event so as to inform the caterers in good time.
